This is a good way to train for a half, and the seawheeze info and maps are great. But, while its satisfying to check the boxes as tasks are accomplished, dont expect them to stay. As the app updated all my notes and data were erased.
This ap has been a great way to follow all things SeaWheeze. Its worked great for me with no issues.

Would be awesome if next year recovery training weeks were included. 2013 had a schedule on the website and it was fabulous!
It crashed after I decided to connect it to my Facebook account and wiped out all my input for training - also, not a fan of the Songza app for music...Would much rather have a music-integrated style app like Nike Boom. Hopefully, next years app/tacklebox will not fail me 5 weeks before the race. ❤ Lululemon, please start making sizes 16-20 for us athletic plus size fans

Great training program! Ill be running the seawheeze this year and cannot wait. I especially like the yoga video.
So easy just to check off what Ive accomplished for the week. Great accountability.
I feel confident that Ill be fully prepared for the race in August :) I love that each week we know how far to run or what exercises to do. The only suggestion I would say is that for newbies - could there be tips for when to practice running with energy bars & products we can use during the race to keep us going ? Thank you !
